1. Introduction Welcome to April Hotel. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Reservations & Booking

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation number and/or email from April Hotel.

3. Payment Policy

  • Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or equivalent currencies as approved by management.

  • Deposits: A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation. Pre-payment or deposits may be required depending on the rate plan selected.

  • Taxes: Rates are subject to applicable service charges and government taxes as per local regulations in Aqaba.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability.

  • Check-Out Time: By 12:00 (12:00 PM). Late check-out requests may be subject to additional fees.

  • Identification: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon arrival for all guests in compliance with Jordanian tourism regulations.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made [Insert Hours, e.g., 48 hours] prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled without a full penalty charge.

  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date, the hotel reserves the right to charge a no-show fee equivalent to the first night’s rate (or full stay, depending on the booking terms).

6. Guest Conduct & Damages

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for repairs or replacements.

  • Smoking: Please adhere to designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms may incur a cleaning fee.

  • Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who disturb the peace or safety of other guests and staff.

7. Liability April Hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Safes are provided in rooms for your convenience. Guests use hotel facilities, including parking, at their own risk.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aqaba.

 10. Right of Admission & House Rules

April Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay without refund, or remove any guest who violates hotel policies, local laws, or behaves in a manner that disturbs other guests, staff, or public order, in accordance with Jordanian law. Guests must comply with all posted house rules and safety instructions during their stay.
